  • Obtain City Council approval to initiate Right of Way and easement acquisition
  • Acquire Right of Way and Relocate Utilities
  • Finalize roadway plans
  • Obtain City Council approval to advertise for construction

Project Goals

To accomplish this objective the project goals are:

  • Develop a functional and cost effective design that meets the goals of the community
  • Develop a design that safely accommodates future traffic volumes
  • Provide safe and attractive pedestrian and bicycle access throughout the corridor
  • Minimize impacts during construction to the traveling public, surrounding neighborhoods and businesses.
